  • Use images whenever needed.
  • Don’t use images as it is.
  • Use free tools to compress your images
  • Save the image to the dimension you want to set in your CSS
  • Try to not use images as background for your website.
Images are critical in any website. You should use them whenever it is needed. It makes the website more interesting to the visitor, but you should not upload your images right from your DSLR to your website.

Images can take a long time to load on a website, and one way to speed things up is to compress the images before uploading them. There are a number of free tools online that can do this.

Also, remember to save the image to Dimensions which is the width and height that you are going to set in the CSS for the image. In this way, you are not scaling down your images after fetching an image with a larger width and height.

One more thing to remember about images is that if you are using an image as a background for your content or your whole page, then try to remove the image, if you can. Try to replace it with a solid color or you can also use gradient using CSS. Try to eliminate images whenever possible.

3. Limit the Number of Widgets

  • Remove the Widgets that you don't absolutely need.
There are many widgets that you can use in Blogger. Widgets can be exciting and make your website interactive. But remember that widgets also have to be loaded which takes time, so if you have some widgets on your website that you don't really need, then you should consider removing them from the website.

5. Limit the number of ads

Using a large number of Ads on your website can also cause your website to load slower. Each ad has to contact a particular website for the ads to show off. The more ads there are, the more requests need to be sent, this can cause your website to load slower, so if you're using ads on your website limit them to the least you can.

6. Use CDN

  • you CDNs when you have a lot of media files.
  • CDN stands for Content Delivery Network.
  • Load files from this geographically nearest server to the visitor.

A CDN is a service that helps you distribute your website's content across multiple servers so that it can be delivered to visitors more quickly.

Now, when any visitor from anywhere in the world tries to access the images on my website, the images are delivered by my hosting server. Sometimes the hosting server can't handle the heavy load if I have a lot of visitors accessing the website at the same time, so CDN can work magic for me.

TIPS:-

To make your blog load faster, there are a few things you can do. First, make sure your website is fully optimized. This means making sure all of your images are sized properly, your pages are well-written, and your HTML tags are properly placed.

Another thing you can do is use a caching service. This will help your blog load faster by storing copies of your pages on their servers.

Finally, make sure you are using a fast internet connection. If your blog uses large files or lots of images, your website will load slower on a slower connection.
